NZ Police have a vision “Safer Communities Together”.
To achieve this vision we want to work with our communities in partnership to prevent crime and make people feel safer. The Youth Education Service are one of our most important services as they work with schools in a variety of ways, teaching children how to keep themselves safe in regards to crime, drugs, traffic and violence prevention.
We also like to keep schools informed when any possible risks arise so that they are aware of these issues and can take any appropriate action in partnership with the Police.
If you have any queries please don’t hesitate to contact me, for any urgent matters call 111.
