Year 7 Football Zone Day Champions!

Our Year 7 Boys Football team 1 are the North Harbour Champions after an incredible performance at Zone Day! The team played exceptionally well throughout the tournament, showing skill, determination, and excellent sportsmanship. In a tense final against Belmont, the match ended in a draw, leading to a dramatic penalty shootout — which our team won! The players showed great respect for themselves, their teammates, and the opposition all day. A fantastic achievement and a proud moment for our school!

Year 7 Team 2
The boys played with grit, determination and effort throughout the entire day. Even though the boys were put into an extremely tough pool, they held their heads high and worked really hard in pool play with some close finishes. Despite having to play in the 13th and 14th playoff the boys showed real positivity and produced some quality football moments, ending up scoring two awesome goals to win 2-0.  Well done boys, you played awesome and made it a fun and enjoyable day.

Year 8 Football Boys Zone Day!

Our Year 8 football team represented Northcross with pride and determination at the North Harbour Zone Day, finishing an impressive 3rd overall. The boys played consistently well throughout the day, narrowly missing out on a place in the final after a tough semi-final loss on penalties. Despite the setback, they showed outstanding resilience and respect—both for themselves and their opponents—by bouncing back to win the 3rd place playoff. We’re incredibly proud of how Northcross football performed and excited about the positive direction these boys are heading in.
