Beginner Stage Band is a great group for beginner Brass and Woodwind players to experience what it is like to be in a band and to get to know other musicians.

This is a mentor band set up for new musicians, however, the group also has more experienced players attending, which help beginners with new notes, reading music, playing their instruments and complements the tuition with their instrumental teacher.

We work off the Essential Elements book series, which most of our music tutors cover in their lessons. 

When: Monday 2 pm

Where: In the PAC (performing arts centre)

Bring: Your instrument, folder, and music

Cost: Free if you child is enrolled in Northcross music tuition. 

If your child isn’t learning an instrument at Northcross they can still join the cost is $100 is a one off fee that covers school trips, music and events in Concert Band, Jazz Band or Beginner Stage Band.
